Return & Refund Policy

At Intimate Luxe, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you wish to replace an item.
